Overview
Radazul is a highly popular shore dive and training site on the northeast coast. It is sheltered by a large marina wall, providing calm conditions almost year-round.
What you’ll see
It offers very easy entry steps and a sandy bottom that drops off rapidly to over 40 meters, making it perfect for deep dive training. In the shallower sections, you can observe angel sharks (in winter) and massive stingrays.
The Dive Experience
Radazul is characterized by its steep, sandy drop-off. You enter from the steps and quickly descend along the slope. The dive profile is often deep, making it a popular spot for technical and deep diving training. Despite the barren appearance of the sandy bottom, it’s a hotspot for seeing large rays and, during the winter months, the critically endangered Angel Shark, which buries itself in the sand waiting to ambush prey.
Getting There
A very easy shore dive with parking right next to the entry point at the Radazul marina.
